Welcome to Energelic.io, home of Ether Angels and related creative works by Angel Fritz (“the Artist”). Please read this Disclaimer and Collector Policy carefully before using this website or purchasing any digital or physical products. By accessing or purchasing through this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

  1. Artistic Purpose
    All artworks, NFTs, prints, and experiences offered through Energelic.io are created for the purpose of artistic expression, personal reflection, and spiritual growth. They are not designed or intended to function as investment vehicles, securities, or financial instruments.

  2. No Financial Advice or Guarantees
    The Artist makes no claims or promises regarding the current or future value of any NFT or associated artwork. Prices in NFT markets are inherently volatile and outside the Artist’s control. The Artist does not provide financial advice, investment guidance, or any guarantee of future value.

  3. Third-Party Platforms and Technology
    NFT minting, payments, and wallet services are provided by third-party platforms such as Crossmint, Ethereum, OpenSea, and IPFS. The Artist does not own or operate these systems and is not responsible for downtime, network congestion, contract errors, lost access, or technical malfunctions that may occur on those platforms. Use of such services is at the collector’s own risk.

  4. Blockchain Transactions
    All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Once a mint or transfer is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded. Collectors are responsible for safeguarding their wallets, private keys, and account credentials.

  5. Intellectual Property
    Purchasing or owning an NFT does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual property rights. Collectors receive a personal, non-exclusive license to display the associated image or animation for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, resale of derivative works, or commercial licensing without written permission is prohibited.

  6. Collector Data and Privacy
    Personal information collected through this site (for example, shipping details for physical prints or phygital editions) is used solely for order fulfillment and communication related to the collector experience. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required to complete a transaction (e.g., shipping providers).

  7. Assumption of Risk
    Participation in any NFT minting event or blockchain transaction involves inherent risk, including: (a) loss of digital assets due to wallet error or theft; (b) smart-contract vulnerabilities or gas-fee volatility; (c) market and regulatory uncertainty. By engaging with this project, you acknowledge and accept these risks in full.

  8. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Artist, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to: loss of value or resale opportunity; loss of digital assets or data; service interruptions or platform outages; errors in blockchain recording or transmission.

  9. No Endorsement or Partnership
    Mention of third-party platforms, wallets, or services (such as Crossmint or OpenSea) does not imply partnership, endorsement, or guarantee of performance.

  10. Updates and Modifications
    The Artist reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site or participation in future offerings constitutes acceptance of the most current version.

  11. Original Artwork (One-of-a-Kind) – 3-Day Return Window
    Original works are packed and shipped with great care. If an original arrives damaged, contact us immediately upon delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. Collectors have 3 calendar days after receipt to request a return for any reason.
    • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
    • Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging (or equivalent protective materials).
    • After inspection, a full refund of the artwork price will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable.
    After the 3-day window, all sales of original artwork are final.

  12. Collector Shop Purchases – Final Sale
    All purchases made through the Collector Shop (including prints, cards, candles, small works, and other in-stock items) are final sale and non-refundable. These seasonal/limited items may not be restocked.

  13. Shipping & Damage Claims
    Please inspect packages upon delivery. Damage must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos of the exterior box, interior packing, and the item. We will assist with a replacement or remedy where possible for shop items; for originals, see Section 11.
